you may be surprised to learn that many insurance plans cover acupuncture!

If you have acupuncture benefits, we are in-network with:

  • Aetna: Private and Medicare Advantage - plans vary
    (CT State Retirees - 20 visits/year, $15 copay)

  • Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield: Private

  • Connecticare: Medicare Advantage - 12 visits in 90 days, up to 20/year, $30 copay

  • Health New England: Private

  • Husky Health (except Husky B)

  • United Healthcare: Private

  • VA Community Care Network: If you are a veteran under the care of a VA doctor, reach out to them directly and they can provide you with a referral and authorization to receive acupuncture care at our clinic.

  • Workers Compensation: All we need is an authorization from your adjuster to start treatment!

  • You may still have coverage as part of your plan even if we are not in-network, so get in touch with us to find out more!
